A note about our risk management philosophy:

The availability of resets in our program isn't designed as a safety net for aggressive leverage, but rather as a tool for thoughtful adaptation.

Successful traders in our program understand that sustainable profitability comes from disciplined position sizing and careful risk management—not from taking outsized positions hoping for occasional large wins.

When evaluating traders for Phase Two, we look closely at the reasoning behind each reset. What matters isn't just whether you used resets, but how and why you used them.

Are they part of a deliberate learning process, or are they becoming a substitute for proper risk management? We understand that even skilled traders occasionally face challenging market conditions or unexpected moves.

The difference is crucial in developing the kind of sustainable trading approach valued at Raen.

  • Use resets as learning opportunities to strengthen your risk management

  • Document and reflect on what led to each reset

  • Consider how your strategy might evolve to better handle similar situations

Our goal is to help you build sustainable trading practices that will serve you well in an institutional environment.
